Refund policy
30-Day Returns Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a prepaid return label and instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishables (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom / made-to-order items (e.g., special orders, personalised products)
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU/UK)
Without prejudice to the above, if goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
As above, items must be unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
(Note: UK consumers also benefit from a 14-day right to cancel most online purchases under local law.)
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
